Youghal U12 camogie travelled to Dungourney as part of the league missing a few of our older girls our 13 young ladies lined out against a mostly U12 dungourney team they equipped themselves well in the first half and dominated mid field keeping dungourney at bay backs and forwards worked tirelessly throughout the half and Claire marshelled the goal well going in a point down at half time we were hopeful for and equally impressive second half Dungourney made a few positional changes that proved telling in the second half and with no sub to bring on we were under pressure as the girls were working hard all over the pitch
The result didn’t go our way in the end but we were delighted with the display of determination and never ending spirit shown by this ever improving group !! Well done girls keep up the training and the results will follow Team Doireann M, Claire, Lucy Cleo, Lauren, Taylor, Ava, Doireann W, Louise, Mia, Autumn,Amy & Kate
