Youghal Fé11 - Winners of the Ber Ryan Hurling Tournament 2015

​Youghal U11’s travelled to play in the annual Ber Ryan Hurling Tournament, which is held in Lismore. They enjoyed 2 great wins in the group stages on scoreline of Youghal 2-5 to Cois Brid 1-2 and Youghal 2-6 to Coshla Gaels 1-2. In the final Youghal met Killeagh and defeated their near rivals by 2-5 to 2-2. The final whistle was met with joyous scenes from players, management and supporters.

​This was a great run tournament by Lismore, with Dan Shanahan referring Youghal’s first 2 matches. There was a great turnout by parents and supporters, with food and refreshments provided afterwards by the Lismore GAA club. We would like to thank Lismore GAA club for hosting the tournament and to the Ber Ryan’s family for putting up the Cup and the lovely medals that all the teams received.
